We will stop at our favorite traditional restaurant to indulge in one of the classic Roman pasta sauces, such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and Gricia paired with an excellent wine selection. Enjoy the cozy ambiance and warm hospitality that define Roman dining. We will continue walking through Trastevere’s picturesque streets, savoring  thin-crust Roman pizza with locals’ favorite toppings.

This experience offers more than just Pasta and Pizza; it gives you the chance to taste traditional Roman street foods – including lesser-known but delicious fried specialties of Rome such as Supplì (fried rice balls), Jewish-style artichokes in their unique fried preparation, or fried zucchini flowers, depending on the season.
